A note for those considering certification
Implementing an ISO standard is a decision that changes how you work every day. When done poorly, what remains is paperwork and frustration. When done well, what remains is a way of working: living documents, real indicators, a trained team.
The difference between one outcome and another almost always comes down to the first month: an honest assessment, a realistic scope, and management commitment. If those three are in place, the rest is execution.
